For a healthy person, they do not use a lot of protein, except for their hair and nails. Thus, they do not need the Amino Acid Pills, since the protein stays in the body.

 

For the Body Builder, they burn up a lot of energy.  During weight lifting, they break down their muscles.  Amino Acid Pills form additional protein that the body uses to get through and recover from the workout.  Thus, body builders benefit by taking Amino Acid Pills.

 

What to Look For?

 

In buying amino acid pills, check the label for the manufacturing ingredients. They should contain the eight amino acids. Gelatin, corn and eggs are not good ingredients.  Also, check to see that amino acid pills meet the RDA (Recommended Diet Allowance – 1989) codes.

 

Amino Acid Supplements are expensive.  They cost a lot of money to buy.  Make sure that these supplements are a part of your fitness program.

 

What Foods Contain Amino Acids?

 

Foods that contain the eight essential amino acids include milk and eggs. Add more milk and eggs to your diet.

 

Amino Acid Pills vary, so check the ingredients. Raw eggs are not a good source of protein. Check for the eight essential acids to have a complete source.

 

What Can They Do?
